What is Foco Scientific Journal?
Foco Scientific Journal is an interdisciplinary scientific journal published by Editora Foco Publicações Ltda. Foco Journal's mission is to promote and disseminate scientific knowledge. Its objective is to add value to the work of academics and practitioners through the online publication (free access) of conceptual, practical and theoretical works.
What was the objective of the project?
Design an effective and compelling landing page to promote Foco Scientific Journal's article editing and publishing services, targeting an academic audience. The page needed to communicate credibility and professionalism, encouraging the conversion of visitors into customers in a clear and direct manner.
Challenges:
The page needed to convey credibility and authority, while also making navigation easy for a highly demanding audience. It was essential that the design reflected seriousness and academic rigor, while maintaining a clear and objective approach.
Choosing Fonts and Color Palette
I chose fonts that conveyed seriousness and clarity, and a color palette that reflected the magazine's visual identity, reinforcing the reliability and professionalism of the service. Light green was used to signal conversion.
